Position Overview
Join our small but dynamic team! We're seeking an all-round paralegal with a professional demeanor and a profound interest in this niche market. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting various legal and management functions, ensuring compliance, assisting in contract management as well as overall administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing regulatory and overall legal obligations, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws, regulations, and litigations.
- Assist the legal and management department in shaping the company’s strategic vision, including but not restricted to regulatory matters.
- Assist the legal and management department in cultivating relationships with regulators, personnel and critical stakeholders, adeptly developing networks and promoting the company’s interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on topics such as cryptocurrency regulations, financial laws, and trading practices.
- Support compliance efforts by monitoring regulatory developments and maintaining accurate records, with a specific focus on AML/KYC/GDPR.
- Manage legal documentation, including organizing and maintaining contract databases and corporate records.
- Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes, including coordinating with external counsel.
- Work in tandem with various internal teams, supporting the expansion of services and bridging regulatory and commercial realms, all while ensuring legal soundness throughout.
Requirements
- (Professional or academic) Bachelor's degree in Law or any related field.
- Experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal environment is not a must, but is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations, financial laws, and compliance frameworks, with a specific emphasis on AML/KYC/GDPR, is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Crypto Quantitative Trader (APAC)
Reports To: Head of Trading
High-Level Responsibilities
- Change parameters of trading algorithms as needed.
- Manually intervene in the trading algorithm as necessary.
- Communicate with assigned clients proactively, timely, and professionally.
- Support colleagues in the algorithmic development team in building or structuring new trading algorithms.
- Deploy models using statistics, machine learning, and time series forecasting.
About You
- Highly organized and data-driven person.
- Fast-mover, action-oriented; with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, Independent, and strategic thinker.
- Able to work alongside a team and other contributors.
- You think strategically and make decisions supported by data, and supporting insights.
- Experienced at trading in crypto markets and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) trading.
- Have experience working with Automated Market Making Platforms (AMMs).
- Knowledgeable in using python programming.

We’re seeking a Quantitative Researcher with strong Python coding skills and a passion for the cryptocurrency market. In this role, you’ll contribute to researching, developing, and enhancing our quantitative trading strategies, with opportunities to implement machine learning techniques.
You’ll work closely with our experienced team members, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop (systematic) quantitative trading strategies for the crypto market.
- Use Python to perform data-driven analysis to discover trading opportunities.
- Conduct backtesting and performance analysis of trading strategies.
- Assist in the integration of systematic trading strategies into our trading systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience developing systematic trading strategies regardless of asset class (crypto is a plus).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative international team.
